Heading Home seeks to support local service providers to pursue funding opportunities that serve our residents experiencing homelessness and/or housing instability. See below list of current funding opportunities.
Homelessness Prevention Activities Program (HPAP) 2022 Request for Applications (RFA)
The legislation enabling income tax check-off contributions enables taxpayers to make voluntary donations from a taxpayer’s refund or as part of an additional amount added to a taxpayer’s liability. Annually, the amount that taxpayers designate to the Homeless Prevention Activities Program (HPAP) provides direct assistance to households across the State to prevent homelessness. The funds are awarded to local non-profit agencies that provide critical homeless prevention programs and services to households throughout the state based on a competitive application process outlined in this document.
Applicants may request up to $25,000 per application, per organization.
Grant Term: July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023
All applications must be received by the Division of Housing to email@example.com no later than 5:00pm MT on April 4, 2022.
